Please keep your Payfast Reference Number after payment, as it will be needed for the Patients’ Consult Request Form.

Not included in your consultation:

  • Your medication costs – The doctor will give a prescription, and you will need to pay for your medication at the pharmacy.
  • If referred for an in-person consultation, we do not cover costs.
