You can gain access to a doctor by booking a consult on the DirectDoc Mobile app on your phone or by an appointment online on DirectDoc website.
Our doctors are fully qualified to consult with knowledge, excellence and experience.
Doctor’s Hours
Doctors are available during these times:
- Monday- Friday: 8am- 5pm
- Saturdays: 8am- 2pm
- Public Holidays: 8am- 2pm
In case of emergencies
This platform is not suitable if you have injuries, or a condition that needs in-person, or immediate assistance by a medical professional.
