Add iron-rich foods to your diet, vitamin B, omega-3 fatty acids, and whole, unprocessed meals.

Stress needs to be managed and processed. Try to take deep breaths. Go out for short walks. Have a detox of digital stimulation. Screentime in large doses can mentally exhaust your brain. Adding exercise into your day helps blood to flow to the brain and assists with mental clarity.

Brain fog as a symptom can be linked to medical conditions such as: long COVID, depression, anxiety disorder, and hypothyroidism. Occasional brain fog is considered common, yes. However, if it tends to persist then it is not advised to ignore your symptoms. Symptoms of brain fog that persists for weeks or months, your memory becoming worse.
